This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel an order or request a refund for any product purchased from Ayuza Herbs through our website.

Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 10 days of placing the order.

  • Cancellation requests may not be accepted if:

    • The order has already been communicated to the seller/merchant.

    • The shipping process has already been initiated.

    • The product is already out for delivery.

  • In such cases, you may choose to reject the product at the time of delivery.

Non-Cancellable Products

  • Orders for perishable items (such as herbs powders, edible products, or other consumables) cannot be cancelled once processed.

  • However, refunds/replacements may be provided if the delivered product is proven to be of unsatisfactory quality.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please report the issue to our customer service team within 10 days of receipt.

  • The seller/merchant will review and verify the claim before approving a replacement or refund.

  • If the product does not match the description or fails to meet expectations, you must inform our support team within 10 days of delivery. Our customer service will review your complaint and make the final decision.

Products with Manufacturer Warranty

  • For products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the respective manufacturer directly for support.

Refund Timeline

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed by Ayuza Herbs within 10 business days.
